OUR HISTORY
We officially launched our web site in early 2001 with the goal of providing high quality modern furniture at affordable prices and committing ourselves to providing excellent customer service.
We are family-owned and operated and take pride in our products and in the service we provide. We enjoy building long-term relationships with our customers and clients and love to hear from our customers, whether it may be good or bad.
We started with our signature Original High Heeled Shoe Chair and 4 complimentary products and have since grown our offering to over 300 products. Our lines include reproductions of world-renown classics as well as pieces that are sold exclusively by us. Some of our most popular products include the Original High Heeled Shoe Chair, Barcelona Chair, Noguchi Table, Tulip Chair, and the Nelson Bench, most of which are offered through the RMR Furniture brand name.
From the beginning, we saw that there was a huge demand for high quality modern furniture, but the prices in the market at that time were and even to this day are too expensive. The average family can not afford to buy the same products we sell at other retail stores' prices. By focusing our efforts solely online and not having the heavy burden of overhead costs associated with retail stores (expensive leases, utilities costs, labor costs, maintenance expenses, etc.), we have always been able to offer tremendous discounts on the very same high quality products found in stores like Design within Reach and Knoll, amongst others.

Our mission is to be the No. 1 Online Furniture Retailer in the world. To do this, we intend to bring new and innovative furniture to our customers every year, furniture that inspires people to think about how they furnish their homes.
