OUR HISTORY
Sexy Furnishings, LLC ("SF") was founded in 2001 by Ronald and Michael Lipka out of a passion for modern, funky and contemporary furnishings. Back in 2001, we started out with just one product: the High Heeled Shoe Chair. We found this chair on a trip back in 2000 to a local store in Boston, met up with the manufacturer of the chair and asked them if they would be interested in making it for us. We have since expanded to close to 1,000 products and are constantly adding new products each month.

As Managing Partner at SexyFurnishings.com, Michael is responsible for everything involving the direction of the company. That includes finding new products to offer, launching new products and categories on www.sexyfurnishings.com, introducing new products to design clients and developing and managing new divisions within the company.
Mike brings a lot of passion for business and for furniture design. He has worked in the furniture industry for 9 years and some of his favorite pieces are the Noguchi Table, the Le Kline Pendant 172, and the Zany Chair.

Ronda Prokop

As Chief Operating Officer at SexyFurnishings.com, Ronda is responsible for everything involving the operations of the company. That includes working with our warehouses to schedule shipments, fielding customer inquiries, helping customers design projects they are working on, answering product questions, and putting together proposals for potential clients.
Ronda has worked in the retail and design industries for the past 20 years and is very passionate about interior design. Some of her favorite pieces are the Egg Chair, the The Barcelona Lounge, 1 Seater, and the Tuscany Bed.
