Sexy Furnishings stands behind every Surya Rug it sells with a goal of 100% satisfaction for “you” the customer. From time to time, there may be an issue with a product. Our return policy on all Surya Rugs follows the return policy by Surya Rugs, which is outlined below and which was designed to ensure that any problem is efficiently resolved:

1. If the carrier damages your order(s), please refuse the shipment and notify Sexy Furnishings or the carrier. If the shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, report all the damage to Sexy Furnishings within 5 business days of receiving the goods. Sexy Furnishings cannot honor any returns or damage claims after the 5-day period. After being notified, we will issue a damage call tag, file a claim, and then issue credit.



2. Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify Sexy Furnishings within 7 (seven) business days from receipt of the merchandise. We will accept approved returns for a 15% restock fee and freight both ways. You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for non-defective returns. The returned goods must be in the original packaging material or something equivalent and the RMA# given by a Sexy Furnishings representative must be on the outside of the package. Sexy Furnishings merchandise should be returned as prepaid freight through the appropriate carrier. We regret that we cannot accept C.O.D. packaging.



3. When you contact the returns department, you will be issued a R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please note that all merchandise without a R.M.A. number will not be accepted-which includes returns and/or claims.



4. We will issue a Return Label for any defective merchandise. If upon inspection we find the merchandise to be non-defective, we will charge a 15% restock fee and the cost of the freight will be charged to your account. When Sexy Furnishings issues a call tag, the return authorization number appears on the call tag. A printable Return Label will be emailed to you. Once you have the package(s) ready for pick-up contact the carrier per the email. Return all product(s) to Sexy Furnishings in the original or equivalent packaging.



5. When a return is requested due to Sexy Furnishings error, we will issue a call tag or arrange other means of returning the merchandise. Credit will be given for the returned item and freight when Sexy Furnishings receives the item. Sexy Furnishings errors include, but are not limited to, wrong size, wrong address, wrong item, duplicate shipment, cancelled order prior to ship date, etc.



6. Samples: In many instances, a customer may want to inspect a sample for color, quality, construction, etc. If available, we will provide a 2x3 sample for inspection that may be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all freight costs on sample returns. Credit will be issued for the rug when it is received by Sexy Furnishings. No sample returns will be accepted after the 30 days.



7. Return all product(s) to Sexy Furnishings in the original or equivalent packaging. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back thorough a traceable tracking number. Also, please reference the R.M.A. number on the outside of the package and call us at (866) 404-7399 for the address to return your package to.
