Delivery Methods:
All orders are shipped via UPS/Fedex or Freight ground service unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. Any estimated delivery dates SexyFurnishings.com makes are estimates only and are subject to change. If you are in need of delivery by a specified date, we ask that you call us and ask for a guaranteed delivery service. Please note that there will be an additional charge for guaranteed service. A customer representative will be happy to provide with you the amount of the charge, which varies depending on where the item(s) ships to and when it is needed by.
Special Orders:
50% Non-refundable deposit is required to start production of your special/custom order. Estimated shipping date for all special orders are 8 to 12 weeks. Please Note: Special orders, due to their uniqueness, are not cancellable.
14-day Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton it arrived in, we will refund you in full except for shipping costs. This includes any item with free shipping. All shipping costs (costs to and from you) are non-refundable. **If the item has free shipping, you will still be responsible for actual shipping costs to you and from you.** Also, you will be responsible for stocking fees of 20%. Please contact us before returning any products and please do not return any item until after we have provided you with the address to return it to.
What do we mean by "saleable condition"?
Upon receipt of your products, we will inspect the goods and determine if they are in "saleable condition"...we are just trying to determine if any wear or damages occurred that might prevent us from re-selling it. If it is we will issue a full credit less shipping costs.
Manufacturers Defects:
We will issue a replacement piece of any item that has a manufacturer's defect. If this is the case, please contact us and let us know the extent of the defect. We will issue a return authorization number (RA number) and will arrange to pick up the piece so we can inspect it and then issue a replacement. A manufacturer's defect includes defects related to the structural integrity of the product (e.g., bent frames, torn cushions, etc.). It does not include anything related to normal wear and tear.
Order Cancellation:
Any order may not be cancelled if any one product in the order is in transit. If for any reason an order is cancelled when one or more products is in transit, then you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus freight to and from you. You will be responsible for actual freight charges even if the item was a free shipping item. Any order change or cancellation must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the original order. Please contact us to confirm.
Freight Damage:
If there is damage or shortage on your order, please refuse acceptance until the truck driver endorses the extent of damage or shortage on the delivery notice that comes with your furniture. Please also file a claim immediately with the shipping company and be prepared for the carrier to come to your location to inspect the damages.
Hidden Damage:
Inspect the shipment for any potential hidden damage BEFORE the carrier leaves. Reports and damage claims for all carriers are the sole responsibility of the customer. Because our carriers are very strict about this, we ask that you take a moment to inspect your furniture when it arrives and before the delivery person leaves.

SexyFurnishings.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank wires and personal checks for all items.
Sales Tax:
SexyFurnishings.com only charges sales tax on orders to the state of California.
