50% Non-refundable deposit is required to start production of your special/custom order. Estimated shipping date for all special orders are 8 to 12 weeks. Please Note: Special orders, due to their uniqueness, are not cancellable.
Return Policy: We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton it arrived in, we will refund you in full except for shipping costs. All freight costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Please contact us before returning any products.
>>What do you mean by "saleable condition"? Upon receipt of your products, we will inspect the goods and determine if they are in "saleable condition"...we are just trying to determine if any wear or damages occurred that might prevent us from re-selling it.
Order Cancellation: If your order was a special order, it is non-cancelable and non-returnable. If your order is a stock item, a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. Please contact us to confirm.
Freight Damage: If there is damage or shortage on your order, please refuse acceptance until transportation agent endorses the extent of damage or shortage. Please also file a claim immediately with the carrier and be prepared for the carrier to come to your location to inspect the damages.
Hidden Damage: Inspect the shipment if any hidden damage is suspected BEFORE the carrier leaves. Reports and damage claims for all carriers is the sole responsibility of the customer. Because our carriers are very strict about this, we ask that you take a moment to inspect your furniture when it arrives and before the delivery person leaves.

Payment Methods: SexyFurnishings.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and personal checks for all items. For products in stock, your credit card will be charged when the order is ready to ship out and we will notify you of the precise date of shipment. Please keep in mind that some of our products are custom-made and for those items, shipments may take up to eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks. We do stock a large portion of our products and those are shipped out within five (5) business days. Some of our products are shipped via UPS, however, for our larger products like the sofas and large chairs, we use Menlo Forwarding (UPS-SCS), whose shipping rates are higher than standard UPS Ground because of the size of the furniture.
Deliveries: All deliveries are "curb-side", meaning that the freight company will not deliver inside your home. For inside deliveries, shipping fees are higher (please call us if you would like to use this service). If you would like to use "white glove service", which includes delivery inside and unwrapping and unpackaging of your furniture, fees are higher than inside delivery and you must call us to let us know you would like to use this service.
Privacy Policy: SexyFurnishings.com is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, SexyFurnishings.com has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
