Important Shipping Information
NOTE: ALL of our furniture is shipped via CURBSIDE DELIVERY service. This means your furniture is delivered to your curb or the end of your driveway. The driver will need help unloading the furniture from the back of his truck. The driver WILL NOT deliver the furniture inside your apartment or house.
White Glove Service
If you need to have your furniture shipped inside your home or apartment, you will need what is called white glove service. This service includes a 2-man uniformed driver team with a 4 hour window delivery appointment and it is usually costs at least $200 more than our standard rates. Where are your shipping rates?
Each product has a flat shipping rate that is applied to that product. To find the shipping rate for a particular product, add that product to your shopping cart and then the shipping rate will be shown. All of our rates are for the continental U.S. (48 states, not including Hawaii and Alaska). If you need to ship our furniture to your location in Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or overseas, please fill out this form and ask for a shipping quote. Please provide us with your full shipping address.
Do you offer discounted shipping?
For orders of more than 3 pieces, we will be happy to get a shipping quote for you and see if it beats the rates listed on our web site. Oftentimes our freight companies will provide better rates on larger orders.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship all of our products overseas. We have a good deal of experience shipping overseas, having shipped overseas for the past 4 years. If you live overseas, you MUST obtain a shipping quote from us before going forward with your order. If you place an order for our furniture without getting a quote from us, we will contact you to let you know that the shipping rate needs to be adjusted to whatever the actual rate is.
